I'd be interested to see how this pans out, because I always believed that having a child with a disability was a barrier to successful migration. I don't have any experience, but this was always my understanding. A little google'ing supports my theory.

I have a sister in the UK with a son with cerebral palsy, and the level of care and support they have over there could only be dreamed of here.
Certainly don't give up the dream, just based on my poorly informed post, but please, be aware.
